By accessing or using NexusFin (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Loan Products & Eligibility

NexusFin offers personal, business, and mortgage loans. All loan applications are subject to credit review, underwriting, and income verification. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product without prior notice.

• Minimum age: 21 years (or 18 with a co-signer).
• Residency: Must be a legal resident of the United States.
• APR ranges: 4.99% – 29.99% based on creditworthiness.

3. Fees, Interest & Repayment

All applicable fees, including origination, late payment, and prepayment penalties (where allowed), are disclosed in your loan agreement. Payments are due monthly; late payments may incur a fee of up to $25 or 5% of the overdue amount.

4. Data Protection & Usage

We collect personal, financial, and device data to provide services and improve our offerings. Your data is encrypted and never sold to third parties. We may share data with credit bureaus, service providers, and as required by law.

• Retention: 7 years after account closure.
• Opt-out: You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

• Do not use the Platform for illegal activities.
• Do not reverse engineer or tamper with our systems.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

NexusFin provides services “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexusFin and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Amendments & Termination

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
