Employer Responsibilities
Employers who post job listings represent that they are authorised to hire for the positions listed, that all information in their listings is accurate, and that they will handle candidate data in compliance with applicable privacy and employment laws.
Intellectual Property
All content on Prise Edge — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Prise Edge or its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Prise Edge makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prise Edge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
